Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall supervision of coolers repair, maintenance operations and MEM team across franchise.
- To ensure minimum down time and maximum throughput of Deep Freezers / Coolers maintenance across Franchise Area.
- To ensure real time & accurate health & maintenance status in market.
- To ensure smooth, repid & effective coolers preventive and corrective maintenance services to business partners and valuable outlets in market.
- Responsible for procurement of coolers parts, inventory management & periodic financial and repair audits.
- To maintain close coordination with coolers suppliers regarding product improvement and effeective execution of warranty policies & services.
