Qualification :- Minimum Intermediate

Experience :- 3 - 5 Years of loan lending, portfolio management experience in MFBs and MFIs
Job Description
- Identify, generate new and manage existing loan portfolio.
- Assess the eligibility of a prospective customer for granting bara karobar loan within policies and procedures of the POMFBL.
- Achieve individual targets by formulating effective action plans.
- Maintain strong liaison with the existing customers and monitor receivables to remain within the defined parameters of the Bank.
- Ensure completion of loan and security documents and conduct home/business visits to the customers.
